Folgende Fehlermeldungen sind beim Automaten möglich:

 
Description: Printer's status is Unavailable | Paused | Suspended | Initialize | Shutdown.
Action: Please check the printer.


 
Description: Printer's hopper is empty.
Action: Please refill cards.


 
Description: Less than 10 cards.
Action: Please refill cards.


 
Description: Less than 10 cards before clean.
Action: Please clean the printer.


 
Description: Less than 5% ribbon color left.
Action: Please change the ribbon color.


 
Description: Terminal with ID 1 is not available.
Action: Please check the physical terminal or connection.
 
Grundsätzlich gilt, wenn nach einem Fehler eine E-Mail mit der Meldung:

DeviceId: xxx back in service

erscheint, dann ist alles wieder in Ordnung.
